Our fully integrated progressive GMC certified factory focuses on the quality that our shutter manufacturing customers demand. We know that straightness, smooth primed finish and long lengths are key ingredients that allow our customers to save time and money during the manufacturing process.
Our basswood is carefully dried in our kilns for 26 days to insure the highest stability, durability and straightness. Using the most advanced molders and sanders available in conjunction with our unique priming process allows us to consistently deliver the highest quality shutter components in today's market.
Blinds
Our wood blind components are produced using basswood. Our extended palette of popular and timeless colors enhance any decor. The most exciting advancement in our wood blind component line is the introduction of long lengths. Our unique milling and finishing process allows us to offer our slats and bottom rails in 9' and 10' lengths. Yes, even our gorgeous stained slats and bottom rails come in these long lengths. These same long lengths will be introduced for our valance throughout 2016. Our customers no longer have to inventory numerous sizes and this means substantial inventory and production cost savings.
